The room has been recently decorated and is a comfortable size . There are kitchen facilities available if required including a washing machine. There is a cozy shared sitting room and a sizeable garden. The house is less than a mile from Southampton General hospital and less than two miles to central station.
I am looking for someone quiet and respectful either working or seriously looking for work or a student seriously studying! I anticipate entertaining but this is not a party house! I work with asylum seekers., who will on occasions be invited to the garden and my sitting room. In general however I am a quiet person and value my privacy

The room is taken at present however the tenant expects to vacate at the end of November.
