1 double bedroom available at a nice 3 bedroom flat. I would love to continue staying here but I need to find a replacement tenant due to personal circumstances. Tenancy ends July 2025. The other two female flatmates are really friendly and clean and tidy. Rent is £572 per month including bills and additional £7 for wifi and Netflix included per month. There is a washing machine, dryer and dish washer in the flat. An open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. A shared bathroom and a separate toilet. Parking requires a permit granted from Southampton City Council. A TV license is already paid for. Flat is walking distance from Highfield campus for University of Southampton and about 25 minutes to Southampton City Centre using a bus. Looking for a student to replace tenancy. Open to non students as well.
