Hi, I'm Katie, I am a 2nd year medical student, looking for a housemate to fill a room in my house come the 2nd semester.

The house is a lovely 2 bed house on the east side of Portswood, with a spacious kitchen and living space and One bathroom. The room available is a double room with quite a bit of extra space. There is a balcony at the front of the house and a large outdoor deck at the back. (All of this can be seen in the photos)
