Hello, I am an air bnb hostess looking for one longer term resident to occupy double room in my house. I am elderly but will not be sleeping in the house although. Due to Covid situation, I will be staying with my son at other end of town but will be looking in every day The house is semi-detached and very near end of Lamond Drive and close to the East Sands and Harbour area. It has a south facing garden which can be sat in and bus stops outside house to local towns, coast and town centre in St Andrews. About 20 mins walk to centre of town. The accommodation is as listed and am looking for a person for the double room who can get along with another 26 year old tenant attending university. There is a kitchen with all the usual appliances and bathroom with over the bath shower. Parking in driveway if required and bay outside.
