Single bedroom available on the third (top) floor of a house.
Two minutes walk to East Sands beach.
Ten minutes walk into town.
Toilet and shower room on same floor. Spacious kitchen and living area fully furnished. Apple TV fitted downstairs. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Fridge and freezer with plenty of space. There is a conservatory and garden with decking and a shed.
Sun rises in front of window each morning. Moon also rises quite beutifully on clear evenings. The area is very quiet.
The landlord and lady live in the house with tenants for about half of each month. The rest of the time they work on oil rigs offshore. They're both very pleasant and accommodating.
Viewings, in person and via video call, welcome.
I'm at work 6am until 2pm most days
