Looking for a student or young professional

Available July 1st - August 31st only.

The current flatmate is an easy-going, friendly and tidy Swedish girl who's very easy to get along with and responsible too.

Bills are £30 a month for electricity, water, and WiFi.

You would pay the former to her (£20) and the rest to myself for WiFi (£10)

Deposit is £600 and rent is due on the 1st of every month.

Please keep in mind if you are not a student you will be expected to pay council tax as the current flatmate is a student so we do not currently have any council tax obligations. This would be your responsibility upon moving in to set up.
