I'm a student at St Andrews looking for a flatmate for the second double room in my top floor flat on Albert Street. I'm easy going, tidy and while I love a night out, fundamentally I love a good movie night with tonnes of snacks!
The flat was refurbished in August last year, with new kitchen and flooring. It is close to both Co-Op and Lidl, close to all major bus routes and within walking distance of both universities.
The bedroom has a double bed, desk, large wardrobe, bookshelf and bedside tables. Better photos of the bedroom will be added within two days- quarantine restrictions!
Bathroom is a standard internal bathroom with a shower/bath, and the kitchen has a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Rent is at £360 per month, and bills average at £40 per month, which includes broadband, heating, electricity and TV.
