Flat has two double bedrooms, small bathroom with refurbished walls and shower (it's quite fancy). Fully furnished everywhere (though it is granny attire). Kitchen is attached to the living room.
The walls are a bit thin and the bathroom has no window so it gets dusty super quickly.
Been staying here for a year but want to move out and stay with one of my uni friends, so would be looking for someone to take my place fairly quickly (or within a month).
As long as you're someone who can pay their bills on time without issue and is just a good time to be around with some common interests with the guy that already stays here you'll have no issues.
All you need to worry about on top of rent is paying for electricity which the guy who already stays here will sort out payments with you for (it's not expensive by any means).
