Gas, electricity, wi fi broadband, bedding, kitchen and laundry use all included in rent of £320 per month. 9 minutes walk to Uni bus stop and 15 mins to city centre, there are 2 buses into centre every hour.
Garden area and on street parking.
No deposit as i expect people living here to act responsibly and must make good any damage as well as keeping rooms & contents clean. .
As with all previous students here, who found this place to be quiet, private and peaceful for them to study and to relax in.
