Quiet residential area of Newlands / Langside. Handy for both Langside and Cathcart stations, and buses into town.

£450 PM includes all bills (TV licence, broadband, electricity and gas) except council tax (I am a student so exempt).

Very handy for centre of town (Strathclyde & Caledonian Uni etc) but will consider all. 15 mins journey into Central Station by train.
