Looking for someone to move into my flat in Dennistoun. The flat has two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a private front garden and communal back garden.

I work away during the week as a Teacher and so I am looking for someone (can be a couple) to take on the flat.

I would come home some weekends but would be out most of the time when I did return visiting friends. At most I would be home 6 days a month. One of the bedrooms would be off limits but otherwise you will basically have the flat to yourself.

In terms of bills, I would contribute 1/3 towards the total as I am alredy paying for bills at another address.

The room is bright and spacious and has a walk in wardrobe and looks out onto the back garden. The room is quiet with no noise from the road.

The flat is a clean and cosy and has free off street parking. The flat is located on the ground floor in a very quiet residential area close to lots of cafes, bars and shops. The property is only a 5 minute walk to the hospital and also within walking distance of Strathcyle University, Caledonian University and the City of Glasgow College.

Situated between Bellgrove, Duke Street and Alexandra Parade it is close to three train stations and many bus routes providing excellent transportation links across the city. In addition there is a direct train link to Edinburgh and the city centre is only a 20 minute walk away.
