This spacious and newly renovated flat is located in the historic building of Charing Cross Mansions, Glasgow's first red sandstone tenement. There are 4 bedrooms in total, the fourth will be generally empty with myself Anna (25, living in Ireland, previous tenant/landlord/reliable friendly face) occasionally using the room if I need to visit Glasgow.
We are looking for respectful and settled tenants that are looking to live in a harmonious environment, where people respect each others lifestyles and work schedules, keep the common spaces clean and are able to communicate/coordinate openly with us.
Each room is bright, spacious and furnished. The kitchen has all appliances, including washer and dryer, gas oven and stove.
Each room has a fireplace, double bed and good storage. There is a modern bathroom with shower. The master bedroom is rented at a slightly higher price pcm. There is a large, private roof garden/patio shared with the 6 flats in the building.
Internet included and bills will be calculated monthly, and divided between tenants.
This property benefits from convenient access to a wide range of City Centre attractions including a varied selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The property is close to Charing Cross railway station with underground stations at Cowcaddens and Kelvinbridge. The development is adjacent to the M8 motorway network giving convenient access in a westerly direction to Glasgow International Airport and in an easterly direction through the central belt of Scotland. Glasgow City Centre also has a wide variety of arts venues including galleries, museums and libraries and the area is also home to Europe's largest reference library, the Mitchell Library. This property also gives convenient access to Glasgow School of Art, University of Glasgow and City Centre institutions including Glasgow Caledonian University and University of Strathclyde.
