Double bedroom to rent within a three-bedroom duplex apartment very close to Glasgow city centre and the West End.

The flat is spacious and close to lots of amenities, as well as nice areas of natural beauty such as Speirs Wharf, the Forth and Clyde Canal and Kelvingrove park.

Other close by amenities include - Cowcaddens underground station, St George's Cross underground station, a big Lidl supermarket, a large tesco supermarket which is a very short bus ride away, the city centre, which is a ten minute walk and there is also a Glasgow club gym and swimming pool across the road.

There is also a small outdoor patio.

The rent includes bills such as council tax, factors fees, hyperoptic broadband and other costs. The costs of electricity is split between three, this is usually £35 per month, and we take turns to top up the pre-paid heating meter, which you can budget for costing about £20 per month in the summer months. I also pay for a cleaner once a week, which is £40 per month each.

The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, a blender, pots pans, cups glasses plates etc.
