Hi, I’m leaving Glasgow in December (the 22th) and my en-suite in Collegelands near the University of Strathclyde. The term of the tenancy agreement left is from january to july. You’ll just have to pay the tenancy until april, because the rents for may, june and july are included in the old rents (I’ve already paid a great part). The price is 590£ with bills included each month until april.
It’s a shareflat with 4 other great flatmates. In the room you have a double bed fully furnished, a desk, a wardrobe, and an individual toilet and shower. When I’ve arrived I’ve bought furnitures like pillows, a blanket, sheets, things for toilet, hangers, even cleaning products : i’m leaving all of it to you.
