Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my contract at Willowbank Student Accommodation.

Location (Willowbank, 2A Willowbank Crescent, Glasgow, G3 6NB): quite close to the University of Glasgow. It takes less than 10 mins by walk, and to the citycentre around 15 mins.

It is platinum studio and cosy place. All-inclusive, 3/4 Double bed, Av 100mbps wifi, secure key, CCTV, management team, and reception.

There are common facilities: gym, cinema, 3 study rooms, a big common room like a cafe, and laundry room

Price is 179 per week, and the contract starting from middle of Jan to end of Aug 2020.

In addition, I can give you some useful items such as a printer (with new ink and cartridge) and etc. You can print over 5,000 pages using the print.
