Flat is furnished and location is ideal , xercise for less gym is just around the corner with all the shops and malls in walking distance too. Cowcaddens subway (underground ) is across the road.

Art school is just at the back of the flat.
Flat is built on two floors . One room (Bigger room) is upstairs and one downstairs.
Any Glasgow uni students can travel to uni through underground , right at front of the flat, takes up to 3 minutes to get to kelvinvridge .
You can also walk to Glasgow uni , around 25 -30 min walk .
