Hello! I’m a student a GCU and I’ve been offered a new room in a flat with one of my friends so I’m needing a fellow student to take over my tenancy with my current student accommodation. The building is called Buchanan View and is controlled by Student Roost. They have a website- Student Roost. com My room has a queen size bed and a en-suite toilet. Communal kitchen area with 1other roommates. All females and ages between 20-25. Unfortunately this tenancy is only until 29th August. But you are able to rebook the room if you wish to.
