Unfortunately I'm moving for work, and therefore looking for someone to takeover my tenancy on my double room in a recently refurbished flat in a great west end location.

The flat itself comes furnished with 2 rooms, bathroom, bright & big shared living room and a new kitchen.

It's located in the west end, with a 5/10 minute walk to the city centre.

The flat comes with its own private parking space (which is amazing) and you're on the M8 in 2 minutes.

You'd be living with Jake, a young professional who is tidy and respectful of your space. Looking for similar in any new flatmate, but who doesn't mind being social over a drink or watching TV.

There is loads of nice bars, cafes and restaurants just across the road, making it super easy if you want to head out.

The room is available from mid/late February.

Bills are normally £100 per month, which includes heating, council tax and wifi.
