It’s one of 4 rooms, medium sized, double bed. Comes with a wardrobe, desk if desired, a bed.

We pay electricity/gaz are every three months, around 150 depending on how much we've used.

The room is available from May 4th. We pay rent on the 24th of everyday, so the initial payment will be partial rent until the 24th (£265).

About the three current flatmates:
We have a PhD student from Greece, a painter and street artist from France and a writer from France, it’s a rather chill flat with a big living room where we do some hosting but not an excessive amount. We’re sociable people with busy schedules, happy to hang out and used to unusual rhythms.
