It is also right next to the Clyde and the Springfield quay so it’s has nice views, access to private space by the riverside and easy options for both food and entertainment. Bills are included so there are no extra costs.

The building has an 11 oclock curfew for lots of noise so if you were planning on having many people around often and quite late this might not work, but the odd guest every now and then is fine, providing appropriate notice to other flatmates.

The kitchen has electric appliances and lots of equipment for cooking and baking that you are welcome to use, sadly there’s no dishwasher but there’s a washer/dryer for clothes.
