This is a cozy, spacious room with a big window facing the back garden that our lovely neighbors keep gorgeous and bursting with flowers.

The flat is situated on dreamy west prince's street, smack in the middle of the best cafes and pubs. 5 Minute walk to both St. George's cross subway or Kelvinbridge.

One street over from Kelvingrove Park.

5 Minutes from the University.

I'm moving out and looking for someone to take the room from the start of August.

You'd be living with one female masters student and one young professional, although she might be moving out soon, so you'd have another new roomy.

The flat has a spacious kitchen with a little couch nook and a table. Every room has huge double glazed windows that open real wide.

We are ground floor, so you also own the front little garden.

Our neighbors are really into gardening and composting so you have access to a big compost in back.

Rent is 267, plus 10 for internet and 20-30 for electricity/gas.

Council tax will depend on if the young professional moves out, but if you're student you obvi don't pay it.

If you're not a student you'll get a discount for living with our masters student.

Full disclosure, we had a leak problem from the flat above but it was recently fixed. Some mold resulted from this but our landlord is working on it, and it should be gone by the time you move in.

Again, all windows open wide so it's an airy flat and usually no mold problem.
