Flatmates are convivial and there is a friendly, sharing and helping atmosphere. 2 flatmates smoke in their rooms, though they are highly considerate and this is almost never smelled throughout the flat. The flat is calm and quiet for the most part, but everyone is always keen to converse.
Kitchen is extremely well stocked with equipment, and is mostly kept pretty tidy. There is a very chatty cat who needs petting at least 50 times a day. There is a shared living room as well.
A communal garden out the front is exclusive to those living on the street (more strictly due to social distancing) and is kept in top condition by the community.
