We are currently looking for two tenants who are looking to rent close to the city centre. Currently there is a larger double bedroom, furnished and a smaller double bedroom also furnished. Although neither bedrooms have an en-suite there is a shared bathroom that we do not use due to having an en-suite.

I am a 21 year old professional who stays here on a permanent basis with my boyfriend who is a 24 year old professional who stays most of the week however not all the time. We are looking for people who are chilled out, clean and friendly. We are easy to get on with and are all about respecting each other's space. I love a chilled night however also love a good night out at the pub! We are strictly looking for a non-smoker and for the place to be pet free.

The flat sits on the edge of Glasgow green and is easily accessible to Glasgow city centre by a 10 min walk or the train/bus station is around 2 mins along the side of the flat. It is also well situated for access onto the motorway, University of Strathclyde/Caledonian, City of Glasgow College and the Royal Infirmary.
The flat offers a shared kitchen and living area fully furnished with all the expected appliances.
All bills/broadband are included in the price (except council tax which will be shared amongst tenants if professionals. Students on the other hand do not pay for this)
