My current flat mate has just moved out and I am looking for someone to take his room. The room is bright and reasonably sized, in a flat located in the heart of Dennistoun. The flat comprises of a reception hall, two bedrooms, a shared living room and kitchen. Nearby are shops and cafes, with Lidl supermarket and Tesco located a short distance away. It takes 25 minutes to walk to the centre of Glasgow, with Bellgrove, Duke Street and Alexandra Parade train stations all only a 7 minute walk from the flat.
I am a professional musician and teacher, friendly and easy-going. I'm out-going and socialable but with a fairly quiet home life. I am clean and tidy but relaxed. I'm looking for someone who is likeminded.
Bills including rent will come to around £400pm. That includes council tax, gas and electric, WiFi.
