I own and am looking to rent the spare room in a large, newly refurbished west end flat just off Maryhill road. It has a private car park, lift and waste room making it a great place to stay with the majority of other occupants being young professionals/students. The flat consists of a kitchen, large living room with dining table and sofa, newly refurbished bathroom with walk in shower (no bath tub), two bedrooms and storage. The room being rented will come with its own coatroom for storage.

Some information about me,
I work offshore so work away roughly 50% of the year so you will have the flat to yourself during this time. I am vegan and a great cook, enjoy any and all outdoor activites as well as climbing when the gyms are open and I dont drink. I'm looking for someone who is social and tidy but have no judgement on any of your life choices and if you are a smoker would only ask that you open the window to smoke out. I have no pets but if you would like to bring one this can be discussed.

Note: The spare room is currently unfurnished but if you are moving in for an extended period then I can furnish it to taste prior to moving in.
