Large double room available in a shared 2-bed flat in Dennistoun from the 7th September.

I am moving out and looking for someone to take my room. It is a large bright room in a furnished 1st floor tenement flat. The room available has a double bed, wardrobe and 2 bedside tables with drawers. The flat itself has a large kitchen/living area with couch and dining table, a bathroom with a shower over bath and a large storage cupboard (perfect for storing bikes, suitcases and boxes).

The flat is in a great location on Alexandra Park Street, 2 minutes from the beautiful Alexandra Park. Great transport links are available: Alexandra Parade train station is nearby with regular fast trains to the city centre and several bus routes are nearby. It is approximately a 30 min walk to Strathclyde University and 35 mins to city centre (George Square). Dennistoun is a great place to live with plenty of vibrant cafes and trendy pubs. Uncontrolled parking is available on streets nearby. The Forge retail park is also a 15 min walk away with several shops including a large Aldi.

You will be sharing the flat will with Evie, a young professional who is great to live with. We are looking for someone friendly and tidy to take the room.

Rent: 400 pcm with a deposit of £400
Bills (gas/electric and fibre internet) approx. £70 a month each currently but liable to change. Council tax band B, students welcome if willing to contribute to council tax.
The landlord will require references.
