Hello,
I am looking for someone to take over my tenany as I've moved out of Glasgow.
Townhead is a great location, very close to city centre, especially the university of Strathclyde but also very residential and peaceful.
The current flatmates are an Indian student and a Scottish professional - both are friendly and would be happy to chat with you before you move in if you'd like.
The room is a good sized double with a built in wardrobe with lots of space as well as a dresser, a desk & chair and store compartments. There's a large shared living room as well as a kitchen, bathroom and a storage room (with an additional drying room shared with the adjacent flat for more storage).
Looking for someone to move in ASAP (and prefrences will be given to someone willing to move in sooner. I am willing to give a discount on May rent (monthly rent divided by 31 x number of days you'll be here in May).
