The building is modern, located in a quiet area, 5min walk to Cowcaddens subway station, 3min walk to the Glasgow school of Art, 10 min walk to Glasgow Caledonian university, 20min walk to Glasgow university.

Both double bedrooms look similar, are really quiet, spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, drawer chest, desk, windows are double glazed. The kitchen and bathroom are shared between tenants.

The flat will be shared with one undergraduate student who is really friendly and respects privacy.
