I am looking for a person to fill a modern en suite double room in a two bedroom flat.

The bedroom comprises of an en suite bathroom with shower, and it is fully furnished with a king size bed, a desk, 2 chairs and a bedside table. There is also a very large cupboard in the hallway for your exclusive use.
The flat itself is spacious, warm throughout the year, sunny and very well insulated.

The location is within walking distance to the city centre and Strathclyde University. There are many transport links just round the corner, lots of shops, pubs and supermarkets.

An ideal flatmate would be a full-time student who's clean, quiet and respectful. Professionals can also be considered.

I am the current tenant, an Italian 33 years old philosophy student who spends most of his time between studying and working.
