I am looking for a replacement tenant for the next academic term. The room is a Classic EnSuite at Blackfriars hall, advertised at £117 per week on Unite Students website. As I booked it early I got a discount, so you will only pay £111 per week - approximately £474 per month, all included.

The flatshare is at a walking distance from grocery shops (Aldi, Tesco, Morrisson's, and Sainsbury's), city centre, Glasgow Green and the University of Strathclyde as well as Glasgow Caledonian University. It is facing a courtyard and you get plenty of sunlight in the afternoon.

The room is a furnished ensuite room for the 2020/2021 academic year with heating, electricity, wifi, reception, maintenance and parcel collection services included.
It has a 3/4 bed (enough for having someone staying over occasionally), a large desk and a chair, a wardrobe and deskdrawers. You get your private bathroom with your own shower, sink and toilets.

You share the kitchen with three other flatmates who are clean and tidy - so the same is expected of you! The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, two fridges and freezers, oven and microwave. A bike shed and a laundrette are available in the residence. The reception team is available most of the time and when they are closed, you can use the app for emergencies - e. g if you forgot your keys and are locked out.
