The livingroom, kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished and are shared. The livingroom has a large corner couch and a large desk, perfect for studying or other work.
The flat block is quiet and the neighbours are friendly!
There is parking with gate access however we only get 1 key fob per flat which is in use. You can still access the parking but you will have to wait for someone to open the gate (never normally wait long but it is a slight pain).

It's a ground floor flat located near the Royal Infirmary and is only a 20 minute walk to the city center.
Shops and restaurants close by. Multiple bus stops near by.
