We will provide 1 self contained top floor apartment but it doesn't have a private entrance.

Use of own shower room and toilet.

We have young kids so at the bottom of the stairs between middle and top floor would be a safety gate to stop the kids going up.

Our family consist of mum, dad, 5yr old, 2 yr old and baby on the way + 3 very friendly labrador dogs.
