I currently am looking for someone to join onto my tenancy at a shared 4 bedroom house with myself and 2 other girls and we are all in our 3rd year of university . The bedroom available is small but is spacious enough for a double bed, wardrobe, desk and set of draws. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared. The house is located less than a 10 minute walk from city campus and is also nearby millfield metro station. Rent is £90 per week with all bills/utilities included and the tenancy is 43 weeks long and you are able to move in from 1st September. If you have any questions please message me.
