I’m looking for a female to take over my room in a 1-bed flat conversion, conveniently located in East London near Canary Wharf (just a few DLR stops away) and a 12-minute walk to Canning Town.

The room is a large 18 sqm ensuite with a shower and toilet, fully furnished with a luxurious TV (see floor plan). Occasionally, the flatmate will need access to the ensuite shower. The flat has a shared living area and kitchen, plus access to a free on-site gym.

The flatmate is a friendly, respectful female professional who values cleanliness and personal boundaries.

The flat is situated in a safe and quiet area, with a supermarket just downstairs. The building also features a sealed window system for warmth in winter, and an air exchange system for fresh ventilation, making it very energy-efficient and keeping bills low.
