I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy until the end of August. I am moving out for personal reasons. The property is fully furnished with all the necessary amenities. One of the flatmates is an engineer and the other works in filmography.

The area is very quiet and the apartment is 5 minutes away by foot from the Crossharbour DLR station . There are plenty of supermarkets (such as ASDA) close by.
We are looking for someone between the age of 20-28.
