About the sublet -

I’m travelling for a month and have a room available for sublet.
No minimum stay… you are welcome to stay any number of days until 8th of Jan. That’s when I return.

The room is small but sufficient in a house with big and beautiful shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, living room and backyard) in great locality. A convenient right opposite the street with TESCO and Asda at walking distance too.

The room is fully furnished (bed, cupboard, duvets, table chair, table lamp)

- 10 mins walking from Canary Wharf.
- 5 to 7 min walk from multiple tube stations and bus stops.

You’ll be staying with -
Emma (25, theatre artist) and Jessie (25, graphic designer). We are an amiable and respectful household and we like to take care of each other and the property.

Weekly payment cycle incase you wish to stay multiple weeks. Per day charge in case you stay an odd no. Of days like 10 days.

Ideally all payment would be required upfront (can be discussed)
Deposit will be charged upfront. And returned after end of stay.
