I'm looking for a flatmate to replace me as a tenant and eventually take over the lease for a well-situated, 2-bed modern flat located 9 mins away from Canary Wharf.

Room 1 - available from February 28 2025. Rent £1,200 excluding bills. Bills approximately £110pm.
Room 2 - currently occupied by my flatmate. This room will be available from March 28 2025, after which you would be required to takeover the entire lease of the flat and sublease this room to a new tenant.

The flat is a 2bed 2 bath modern apartment in Langdon Park with a private balcony. The flat is fully furnished - there is a shared living room, open kitchen and dining area with fridge/freezer, hob and oven, washer/dryer, and dishwasher and storage room.

Stratford is also 8 minutes from Langdon Park DLR with connections to Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth and National Rail services. There is also a bus stop 2 minutes from the flat with buses going to North Greenwich, Lewisham and night bus N108.

My name is Deyo. I'm a 35yo management consultant working in Canary Wharf. My work is currently hybrid, I alternate between days at the office and WFH. I'm very chilled and more likely to opt for a quiet evening after work.

There's a Tesco express about 5 minutes walk from the flat. Chrisp Street Market is also about 5 minutes walk in the other direction with access to many local chops, fresh produce, vegetables, religious/ethnic fashion, butchery, hair & nail salon services, drycleaners, Savers, Iceland and many more.
