Hi,

We are a friendly French-Italian couple who have a double room to rent from Monday night to Friday morning.

The bedroom has a king size bed with a comfy mattress, a side bed, a wardrobe and a new bay window. There is an option to add a desk and a chair. All bills and wi-fi are included. Clean towels, clean bedding and room cleaning are also included each week.

The house is quiet and located closed to the research park, the RSH and the University. Easy access to the A3 and the town centre. Free parking on the street.

Bathroom, kitchen (washing machine with tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), living room (big screen TV) and a nice garden can be shared with us. We are working professionals in our 40s who are tidy, friendly and respectful.
