A spacious double room available in a friendly house share. We currently have 2 guys and 1 girl living in the house so would like another girl to maintain our 2:2 ratio.

The room is £480 per month and the following bills are also payable: Internet (£12), Gas (£25), Electricity (£20). So in total around £537 per month.

The kitchen has all modern amenities, including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and fridge/ freezer.

The house has good access to the A3 and is around a 30 minute walk to Guildford centre.

The house has off road parking. There is also a bus stop a 2 minute walk away.

We are looking for a tidy, social-able girl between the ages of 20-28 who will keep the good atmosphere of the house.

Bonus points if you're any good at pub quizzes!
