Hi, I am looking for a new housemate to take the other bedroom in my flat.

The room has its own bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, shared lounge with TV and furnishings, a ground floor balcony and bike storage with a private parking space and a communal courtyard. The bed contains built in storage along with a separate shared storage space and private bike storage.

I am a PhD student at UoS and this would suit another student or working professional. Close to the University and Royal Surrey hospital and walking distance to Guildford station with a bus stop 30 seconds from the house.

The rent includes broadband and water. If you are a full student then we would be council tax exempt, energy bill fluctuates but is roughly £70 a month.
