Hello,
My name is Lucy! I am a student children’s nurse at the university of Surrey.
I live in a two bed terraced house situated in the centre of Guildford, opposite York road car park.
I am looking for a housemate!
It is really important to me that we become good friends before moving in, I need to know that you are fully capable of paying rent and bills; I will need evidence, I also want to know that this tenant is clean, tidy, has a stable job/ student situation, I would really like a housemate that is open to making a friend and someone who I can go clubbing with. I will set ground rules before moving in and we can talk about that when 1-1.
So rent a month is £775, bills range from £70-150 a month. bills include water, broadband, gas and electric and tv licensing.
The property is privately rented through Marten and Co. The new tenant will go on the tenancy contract. This contract has 6 months left although my preference is that in January when this tenancy ends I would like to renew and I would very much like the new tenant to come on that journey with me. I intend to stay until I graduate in 2026, so would be looking for someone to come on that journey with me or at least stay for 18 months.

The tenancy is a pet free tenancy, I personally hate that but the landlord doesn’t like to budge.

The room is private although we will have a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. We also have a small garden.
The room itself only comes with a wardrobe, small mirror and chest of drawers. The chest of drawers will not be in the images I provide as I’m am yet to move it from my room as I am getting myself my drawers from my parents.
