Looking for three women going into third year at Surrey University in a four bedroom house starting from August 2025 to August 2026. Prices have been staggered according to room size, and bills (gas, electric, internet) are not included except for water.
The property is around a 15-20 minute walk to the university campus and a 10 minute walk to Lidl. It has a two shared bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, a large kitchen and separate living room. There is a back garden and enough parking for two cars at the front of the house.
Hoping for friendly and tidy housemates so that we can create a companionable living arrangement. Only students going to the University of Surrey - any degree course is welcome.
