I’m looking for a roommate to join me in Trinity Gate, its about a 5 min walk from the London Road Guildford train station

Its a lovely flat, with access to a pool, gym, sauna and hot tub. I also have a projector setup in the livingroom! The majority of the flat is furnished except your double bedroom. There are two bathrooms, the one being rented has an en suite.

Hoping to find someone likeminded that I can get along with. As for some info for me, I’m very nerdy and working in the games industry. I try to stay organised/tidy and like to think of myself as friendly and easy to be around.

I’ll be working from home 3 days a week and my computer setup is in the livingroom, however to balance me spending the majority of my time in there I’ve taken the smaller bedroom. There should be plenty of space for a desk in the larger bedroom.
