We are looking for a new tenant (preferably female) to take over starting 1/8/2025 with possibility to start in July. Rent is £580 a month, bills not included but come to around £45-55 a month. The property includes 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and living room and garden. On street parking is available. Location is ideal for students, being a 15 min walk to campus and 5 min walk to Tesco superstore. 2 of the tenants are vet med students, and one is a PhD student. There is also a cat living here called Tofu (see photos).
