The communal areas are lovely, with a good sized living room and kitchen and a nice backyard area.

You would be replacing me and moving in with 4 lads who are all students - 3 medical students and 1 geography student in their 3rd and 4th year. They enjoy movies, the gym, music, and just generally having a good time.

The location is excellent, with the park street bus stop right behind the house, making it very easy to get to the universities and other areas of Brighton. The seafront, St James Street, the hospital and the Old Steine are all under a 10 minute walk away.

This property is only available to students for council tax purposes, and would have to be signed for until the end of August. If you do not have a UK guarantor the rent would have to be paid upfront.
