Bus stops outside and night buses bottom of road. Free parking, shops, leisure centre and right near unis and Stanmer Park. Wood burner. Ace neighbours. Walking distance to universities. Small kitechen but well equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher. Bath with great shower. Woodburner in living room. Very cosy and homely place.

I am looking for a chilled out, fun and female only please. MUST LOVE MY LARGE DOG and be up for pitching in with looking after her and keeping her company when she's at home without me if you are here. Smokers welcome but no smoking in the house, Smoking in the garden is fine.

I am a creative sort, laid back pretty quiet at home but do like a giggle and a bit of a party from time to time. I'm a musician and work and play from home a lot. I'm conscientious about the environment and my energy usage and would appreciate that in a house mate too. I'm pretty much veggie but not bothered if your not.
