Due to one of us having to leave for the new year, one room in our house will be available from the third week of January. The house is a three bedroom place, with living room, an observatory leading to a beautiful garden, equipped kitchen, tumble-dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, bathroom with separate bathtub and shower and an independent W. C. Room.
the room itself is fully furnished, with cupboards, desk, bed and bedding set and drawer space. There's also a big closet in the hall that you can use completely.
The house is located in a quiet, beautiful residential area. The Bus stop to the city centre and University is located just a short walk away.
You'd be sharing the house with two Sussex University's male PhD students.
We're looking for a mature student (preferably postgrad) or professional that would be able to stay for the remainder of the academic year at least.
