I’m looking for anyone to come take my room, it’s in 47 Islingword Road right next to Elm Grove and London Road. It’s in a house that has 8 people, 3 bathrooms, a full equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV and it’s central heated. Also the house is cleaned every week. The room is also equipped with a bedding pack but you can get your own if you want, also there is a full wardrobe with 3 big drawers, a small desk with 2 drawers, a large desk for studying with a lamp, a chair, a heater and a double bed. The tenancy is 45 weeks which started from September and ends in July, the price is 203£ per week. The house is surrounded by a lot of shops and many bus stops also the neighbor hood is safe as it is in the city. You are welcome any time for a tour, for more info please contact me or pm me.
