Hello! Looking for someone who needs a room for the summer (early June to September).
My room is at the 2nd floor of a 6 room house that is located in Kemptown, close to county hospital and really close to the beach in a pretty nice neighborhood. It is a 2 minute walk to two different bus stops.
You will be living with 5 friendly tenants (4 girls, 1 boy). There is a big living room, a kitchen and a garden. The house has 3 shared bathrooms to be shared among 3 tenants (the rest 3 rooms are en-suite). Two refrigerators, a washing machine and a dryer. Rent is 150ppw.
