I am offering my room for the next months. ,from June-July to September, in the flat where I am living. The adress is 120, Coombe Road BN2 4EE... Is near Lewes Road, 10min by bus from the city centre and 10min by bus from the University of Sussex. Is also very close to Aldi and Sainsbury, perfect to buy groceries. The price would be 500£ per month plus bills.
You will live with 4 mature student, from 23 to 26 years old studying development and alternative economic strategies.
I am prefereably looking for an student, but could consider people in other situations.
The house has a big terrace and it's very sunny.
